These free mid-morning Wake & Shake sessions encourage healthy lifestyles, and offer lots of fun for all the family. The routines include a variety of easy, low-impact activities like Diablo, Space Hoppers and Frisbee Fun, together with more stretching sessions of Mini Trampolines. Just come along and come alive.

Whether it's Super Bradley, Princess Anxious or Rory the Explorer, there are always crazy goings-on when your favourite Characters hit the stage.

A magical opportunity for children to meet all the Characters, as well as get their autographs and a photo souvenir together of this special holiday event.
