Wake & Shake Sessions

These free mid-morning Wake & Shake sessions are part of the Kids Alive programme to encourage healthy lifestyles, and they're a lot of fun for all the family. The routines include a variety of easy, low impact activities like Diablo, Space Hoppers and Frisbee Fun, together with more stretching sessions of Mini Trampolines. Just come along and come alive.
