One of the oldest sports in the world. Fencing, the art of combat involving special swords called foils. Amazingly good for fitness, speed, concentration and co-ordination, this is now available all season. Coaching includes full equipment, for everyone from 8 years upwards.

Hire the gear, hit the floor (not literally) and you're ready to enjoy dancing on wheels. It's also an opportunity to work on a few moves of your own. This is a fun fitness activity all the family can enjoy!

These free mid-morning Wake & Shake sessions are part of the Kids Alive programme to encourage healthy lifestyles, and they're a lot of fun for everyone. The routines include a variety of easy, low impact activities like Diablo, Space Hoppers and Frisbee Fun, together with more stretching sessions of Agility Training and Mini Trampolines. Just come along and come alive.

Kids Alive is Haven’s very own programme created specifically to inspire children of all ages to become more physically and mentally active. It combines various sport and water activities as well as encouraging healthy eating. Children collect the stamps on their Kids Alive Passport every time they take part in an activity or choose a healthy option from the kids’ menu on Park.

The ever popular Wake and Shake sessions are a variety of easy, low impact activities designed to get the “whole body” moving. The whole family can join in with sessions targeted towards younger children encouraging them to join in with lots of easy to do fun fitness activities.
