Dorset

Scenic, Jurassic, fantastic

Take higher than average summer temperatures and sunshine, coupled with a great range of clean and safe beaches - Sandbanks, Studland and Durdle Door, to name but a few - and you can see what attracts more and more people to this World Heritage coastline – the Jurassic coast. For cove hopping, fossil hunting, local shrimps and lively beach resorts, it’s perfect. For exploring ancient sites sweeping countryside, or the stunning South West Coast Path, it’s equally interesting. For active and outdoor families there’s a whole world of opportunities - from coastal walks and snorkelling, to mountain biking, seal-spotting or bird watching. Take a ride on the reinstated Swanage Steam railway to Corfe Castle, visit Lulworth Cove Heritage centre and Bovington Tank Museum – if not this time, then next.

Littlesea Holiday Park view

A superb 5-Star holiday village central to Dorset’s Jurassic Coastline, Littlesea has recently been substantially developed to become a leading Haven Park. The Mash and Barrel Lounge-Bar-Café provides gorgeous views over Chesil Bank from the attractive sun terrace. An all-happening, beautifully landscaped Park in a green and secluded location ideal for Lyme Regis or Weymouth.

Outdoor Pool at Seaview

Set amongst green fields and woodland, Seaview's elevated and rural location is just minutes' drive from the famous harbour and sheltered sandy beach at Weymouth. It's also a short nature walk away from its sister Park Weymouth Bay, so you'll be able to take full advantage of the facilities and activities on offer at both Parks.

Outdoor Pool at Weymouth Bay

Attractively landscaped and bordered by green fields, with Weymouth's wide sandy bay and harbour only a short walk away, there's plenty of green play and picnic space, including two adventure playgrounds at Weymouth Bay. Enjoy the glass-domed indoor pool and sizeable outdoor pool, as well as the facilities of sister Park Seaview just next door.

Beach at Rockley Park

Overlooking glorious Poole Harbour, Rockley Park exploits its position with a reputation as a water-sports oasis. Perhaps that’s one reason for its 5-Star rating. Others include beautiful landscaping, a nature reserve and a fabulous pool complex with sun terrace. But pride of place goes to the luxury Spa, offering a wide range of health and beauty treatments.
