Now available at some Parks

Wireless internet access will soon be available at additional Parks.

At the moment you can enjoy WiFi at Church Farm, Berwick, Rockley Park, Haggerston Castle, Littlesea, Lakeland, Seaview and Perran Sands.

Keep in touch and share your holiday experiences with your friends and relatives through messaging and email. 

The wireless coverage is available anywhere Park and even in the comfort of your Holiday Home at certain Parks.

Haven WiFi supports access by laptop, PDA, wireless game consoles and music and entertainment devices, so you can freshen up your music player whenever you wish or catch up on a TV programme you have missed.

2 easy steps to pay and surf...

Pay by credit card using your laptop

Log on to the internet when on Park and follow the instructions shown to pay.

1. Turn on your device ensuring your wireless access is enabled.

2. Select Haven WiFi from the available wireless networks.

3. Open your internet browser. The Haven landing page will now appear.

4. Click on your preferred method of payment and enter the details required.

5. Click on ‘New user’ and you can now enter your personal details to obtain a login password and username.

6. If you are experiencing problems please call the helpline ‘Nexus Computer Services’ on 0844 499 4512.

Calls to the helpline cost 5p per minute from a BT landline.
Other operators may charge an additional rate.

Buy your vouchers wherever you see the Haven WiFi sign.

Vouchers have joining instructions on them (see below). For Technical Support, please call 01189 433 933.

To use WiFi Internet Vouchers:

1. Turn on your device ensuring your wireless access is enabled.

2. Select Haven WiFi from the available wireless networks.

3. Open your internet browser. The Haven landing page will now appear.

4. Select ‘VOUCHER’ user and enter the code shown in the box on the voucher.

Network Security

Haven are working in partnership with Wicoms to provide WiFi internet access to their customers in participating resorts. Wicoms is one of Europe’s leading WiFi network providers. For more information about Wicoms please visit www.wicoms.com.

The Wicoms network is one of the most secure available for public access, verified by Intel as part of the Wireless Verification Programme. However, it is essential to take the following basic steps to protect your device when using the internet:

• Install robust and updateable anti-virus software and personal firewalls.
• Ensure that you turn off automatic login facilities.
• Use a secure VPN if connecting to a corporate network.
• Ensure that your computer is password protected.
• Do not leave your laptop unattended in a public place, and lock it if necessary.
• Be careful not to leave your credit card details exposed.
• Only enter any personal banking details once you know the website is secure (look for the padlock symbol on your browser and click on it to confirm that the site is secure).
