The holidays began six years ago when a number of families stayed at Haven's Caister Holiday Park on the Norfolk coast – a perfect choice for a relaxed break by the seaside. With many fun facilities, great entertainment and direct access to a lovely sandy beach everyone had a great time.
This Easter Daisy Chain took a break at Hafan y Môr, near Pwllheli in North Wales. Right on the coast and with a backdrop of Snowdonia the resort has a huge indoor pool complex with flumes and slides, boating lake and adventure golf among other leisure activities.
But as Daisy Chain mum Rebecca Whiting explains it was another of the Park's many attractions that made the holiday extra special. "The children love the entertainment at the Haven Parks and this year at Hafan y Môr all 23 of them decided to enter the talent contest," she said. "Some are in wheelchairs or have physical disabilities but they all practised one of the songs from High School Musical - We're All In This Together - and performed it on stage in red and white costume. And they won which was fantastic!"
Rebecca added the experience of taking part in the fun talent shows had been a huge confidence-booster for the children and they were already thinking of what they might do next year when the group goes to Orchards near Clacton-on-Sea.
She added: "Haven Groups have been fantastic in getting us the right accommodation and the staff at Hafan y Môr were absolutely brilliant."
