What makes a group?

A person that wants to book a holiday on behalf of others (5 or more accommodations) is a group organiser. A group can be made up of family & friends, a social club or organisation, a sports club, or special interest groups. If you don’t fit into any of these categories we can usually still accommodate you, but we do ask that there is always at least one adult over the age of 21 years in each accommodation, that the group is mixed sex and there is a ratio of 1 adult to 6 children.

Will my group be situated on the Park in the same location?

The team at Haven will endeavour to allocate your group together, however this is not guaranteed. Should you have families that specifically wish to be together you must ensure Haven are notified on your rooming list. I am interested in booking a group holiday but would like to see the Park first. Can this be arranged?

As a group organiser we are more than happy to arrange a Park visit before you book for your group. Please contact us on 0871 386 1132 or email us on groups@haven.com and we can organise a Park team member to greet you on arrival and give you a detailed Park tour to ensure the Park fits your needs. Can we arrange coach/car parking for our group on site?

Coach Parking will vary depending on the Park and time of year you are planning your event. Car parking will either be adjacent to your accommodation or in a communal area a short distance away. There is a strict 10mph speed limit on Park allowing for a safe and relaxing environment. What discounts can we get as a group booking?

Groups can save up to an extra 20% off Brochure prices on selected Parks, accommodation grades and dates with Haven. This means that the size of the discount available will depend on the size of group, when and where they will travel. Look for special group offers on our website.
