Late Arrivals:	Should you arrive after reception has closed then our 24 hour security team will be happy to check you in. On arrival at the park you will find a phone outside the Welcome Centre with instructions on how to contact our security team.
Flat areas of the Park:	Most areas of the Park are suitable for people with walking difficulties
Will there be an iron available in my accommodation:	Irons are not provided

Do we take day guests?	No, we do not allow day guests, however if you have booked to stay at Caister and you wish friends or family to visit and use our facilities then they can purchase passes - minimum of 3 nights. Please call the park for prices

Are there any non-smoking areas on the Park?	One of our Family Entertainment Venues 'Seagulls' is fully non-smoking, as well as all our restaurants. From July 1st 2007 all our venues will be non-smoking in line with the change of law in England

Cash Machine on Site?	Yes, we have 2 ATM machines
Access to Internet?	Not on Park, town centre nearby has an Internet Café
Smoking Policy	Due to new smoking legislations, all venues and enclosed public places within the Park are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the Park (outside our Neptune's Entertainment Venue)
