Golf Course

The 9-hole course, which doubles up to 18-holes for those who want a longer game, has been specially designed for Lakeland. It is over 5,500 yards and has two par 3, two par 5 and four par 4 holes. There is also a Pitch and Putt Green. 

If you do not have your own clubs, you are able to hire mens, womens and junior clubs as well as a trolley.

There is a clubhouse for refreshments after the game and a huge decking area for BBQs and other outdoor events. A relaxing way to spend your afternoon.

Lake District

The Lake District National Park is famous for its stunning scenery, abundant wildlife and cultural heritage.  These stretches of water are nationally important for their range of habitats, and species such as Vendace, Charr, Crayfish and Schelly.  The semi-natural woodlands add texture, colour and variety to the landscape and also provide a home for native animals and plants. 

The tranquillity of the fells, valleys and lakes give a sense of space and freedom and a release from the pressures of modern day life. The Lake Disrict National Park is approximately 30 minutes drive from the Park but well worth a visit.
